Two employees, Karla and Niels, have undergone training to become SDG Scouts. The program, run by the German Sustainability Award Foundation in cooperation with B.A.U.M. e.V. and the German Global Compact Network, helps companies actively integrate the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into their daily operations.
In the new video, Karla and Niels share personal insights into their motivation and training. They have already examined existing hotel processes and implemented initial changes. For instance, they replaced conventional hygiene paper with a more eco-friendly alternative.
The SDG Scout training shows how employees can initiate change within their team and help companies become more sustainable in practical, motivated, and forward-thinking ways.
