Together with her family, she lives every day according to what “organic” really means. Her husband Bruno and son Ralph are both passionate hunters. So it’s no surprise that fresh game from the surrounding forests regularly finds its way onto the plates of hotel guests – in accordance with hunting laws and forest regulations, of course.
One example is a delicate saddle of venison combined with homemade red cabbage strudel – a delicious and sustainable interpretation of regional German cuisine.
