Bread just like from the bakery
For a long time, I was afraid to bake my own bread. The complicated preparation of the dough, which I have to take care of for several days, has always kept me from doing it. But the recipe below is very simple and even quick. Besides, you know exactly which ingredients are used in your own bread.
This is what you need:
350g whole meal spelt flour
150g whole meal rye flour
180g mixed grains of seeds
500 ml water
1 cube fresh yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Here we go:
Put the ingredients in the listed order into a large mixing bowl and use the dough hooks of the hand mixer to mix the dough.
It is not necessary to dissolve the yeast in water before. The dough is a little chewy, but not as firm as usual for sourdough bread.
Line a baking tin with baking paper and pour in the dough.
Place the form with the dough in the still cold oven. Bake at 200° top / bottom heat for about 60 minutes.
Then take the bread out of the tin and bake it again on the rack at 100° for about 15 minutes.
My tip: Try different grain mixtures, so the bread always tastes a little different.
Enjoy it!
