Leftover Stew

Leftover Stew

Half a carrot, two to three potatoes and a few beans and leftover sausage? Do you also have such leftovers all the time?

We like to make a stew out of such leftovers. Depending on the ingredients, we always adjust the recipe, but basically we always start the same way:

Chop the onions and garlic and sauté them, if there are leftover (vegetarian) sausages, we usually throw them right in. The rest of the vegetables we also cut into small cubes and fry them briefly. Then we fill up the stew with broth. Depending on the taste, we puree the stew briefly. Then we taste it and our leftover stew is ready.
