So, are you looking for an easy recipe for the summer kitchen that still looks impressive? Then you’ve come to the right place! The Naturhotel Outside has told us its recipe for the original East Tyrolean Schlipfkrapfen. They have similarities to Maultaschen or Tortellini. But it is not the same!!1!
In any case, they taste terrific! Even cold, by the way, if there is still so much left that it can get cold 😉
How it’s done, is explained by the chef of the Outside in the video (note: it’s in Grman only, but you’ll see the steps you need to make)! Prepare your ingredients befor, so that you can join in immediately.
You need:
For the pasta dough:
200 g rye flour
200 g wheat flour
Some olive oil
Salt
Water as needed
For the filling:
1 kg potatoes
200 g quark (or sour cream / yoghurt / etc.)
onion
chives
salt, pepper, nutmeg
Good luck and bon appétit!
