Recipe: Original East Tyrolean Schlipfkrapfen

So, are you looking for an easy recipe for the summer kitchen that still looks impressive? Then you’ve come to the right place! The Naturhotel Outside has told us its recipe for the original East Tyrolean Schlipfkrapfen. They have similarities to Maultaschen or Tortellini. But it is not the same!!1!

In any case, they taste terrific! Even cold, by the way, if there is still so much left that it can get cold 😉

 

How it’s done, is explained by the chef of the Outside in the video (note: it’s in Grman only, but you’ll see the steps you need to make)! Prepare your ingredients befor, so that you can join in immediately.

 

You need:

For the pasta dough:

200 g rye flour

200 g wheat flour

Some olive oil

Salt

Water as needed

 

For the filling:

1 kg potatoes

200 g quark (or sour cream / yoghurt / etc.)

onion

chives

salt, pepper, nutmeg
